For communities engaging in tourism as an economic driver, the caliber of customer service and commitment to a unique experience is critical to ongoing success.
In this session, participants will learn the economics of tourism and its importance to community growth along with the principles of customer service. Strategies specific to the community brand will be discussed to highlight community identity and goals.
