About Leadership Philosophy Services
Leadership Philosophy Services exists with the ultimate objective of reducing the level of misery people experience in their jobs. As most people know, a majority of the negative issues in the workplace branch out from poor to terrible people in charge, not leaders. The main problem is that we think that anyone can be taught to lead, compounded by the fact that once we observe they can not, we lack the courage to replace them.
There are four core services on offer, with the option to tailor a specific program for your organization.
First, a general seminar that discusses the archetypal foundations of leadership from ancient history and their echoes to the current day. This seminar culminates in recommendations for how to identify, develop and place leaders in your organization.
Second is leadership coaching or mentorship. This coaching is to help current leaders that may be struggling to solve problems and are not getting any input or support. On the mentorship front, I offer guidance to leaders who may be doing their best under the circumstances but need an impartial ear to recommend different ideas if needed.
The third is a leadership development program (designed in cooperation with you) to help strengthen, enhance, and improve the leaders in your organization. This program could range from teaching and evaluating new leaders before they assume roles of responsibility to developing your current team.
Finally, I offer a leadership environment survey. During this program, I would work around your organization to evaluate the environment, climate, and effectiveness of your leadership team. After an evaluation period, I would present the findings and work with you to identify methods to resolve them.
