Improve Business Results by Aligning Values in the Workplace: When your company experiences sluggish performance or internal friction, it could be because key players have different unconscious values and motivators. Fortunately, unconscious values and motivators can be aligned, resulting in impressive results, such as reducing conflict, increasing satisfaction, improving performance, and ensuring everyone on the team is moving in the same direction. Sign up for this interactive 90-minute training and walk away with: - A deep appreciation for why aligned values matter in the workplace - A list of your own unconscious business motivators - An understanding of the difference in results between being motivated by negative values (such as scarcity and fear) or positive values (such as abundance and possibility) - Motivation to align your team’s values
